Pete Stevens grew up watching his grandfather move Saginaw — literally. Stevens Van Lines, the family’s legendary moving company, was a fixture of this community for generations. It took hard work, a handshake, and showing up when you said you would. Pete’s father carried that same spirit forward, and so did the land — farming roots that taught the Stevens family that the right equipment, properly maintained, is never optional.

Pete built H&B Sales & Service at 7901 Gratiot Road as a natural extension of all of that. His two sons and daughter are part of the story now too, each one carrying a piece of that Stevens work ethic into everything they do here.

This isn’t a big box store. It’s not a franchise. It’s a family shop in Saginaw that happens to carry first-class equipment — Toro, Walker, Husqvarna, Grasshopper, Generac — and backs every piece with certified service and genuine OEM parts.
